PACEMD is an innovative community-based emergency care training program that has impacted the lives of many. CPR and AED training leads to many lives saved. Community health workers and midwives have learned from the "Helping Babies Breathe" course and it has helped decrease infant mortality in Chiapas. PACEMD trains the whole community to work together and this is what makes the difference.
